Peer Advisors: Physics Option

Physics peer advisors support the work of faculty advisors in the Option by engaging in the following activities:

• Meeting informally with current student to discuss topics including course schedules, graduate school applications, and other academic issues
• Serving as points of contact for prospective undergraduate students who have questions about the Physics experience at Caltech

Physics peer advisors are selected by the Physics Option Representative, the Executive Officer and the Deans' Office for their academic performance and leadership qualities. They receive training from their academic Option, CALE, CTLO, and other offices at Caltech.
