Maura McDinger joined Caltech in August 2023. As the Director of Conduct and Community Standards, Maura manages the resolution processes for academic integrity and social misconduct cases. Maura serves as an advisor to the Board of Control and Conduct Review Committee and provides oversight, training, and support to student-led adjudication processes. She partners closely with the Undergraduate Deans, Institute faculty and staff, and student leaders to promote and uphold Caltech's Honor Code and values of integrity, accountability, responsibility, and community.
Maura spent most of her career in the greater Boston area and previously served in student support roles at Pomona College, Harvard University, and Northeastern University. Maura holds a BA from Tufts University and an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Originally from Laconia, NH, Maura now lives in Claremont, CA. She is happiest when at a concert, sitting in the stands at a women's sporting event, or exploring the outdoors with her family.
