Travel Fund

The primary purpose of the Travel Fund is to enhance the undergraduate experience at Caltech by supporting travel with alumni and faculty.

An important use of the Travel Fund is to provide opportunities for undergraduates to participate in the travel programs of the Caltech Associates and the Caltech Alumni Association. At the discretion of the undergraduate deans, other travel opportunities for undergraduates can be supported where student/faculty interaction or other valuable experiences occur.

The Travel Fund shall be distinct in that only non-student sponsors of student travel will be eligible to apply for funding. An application for funding should include a budget, a description of the trip, and a brief discussion of potential interaction with faculty and/or alumni, or other valuable experience.
